Say hello to Charlotte.
Charlotte of the Upper West Side is named for a real child, but it’s a building inspired by—and designed for—her entire generation. Charlotte embodies our aspirations for a sustainable future in which intelligently designed buildings improve people’s health and wellbeing, while also being environmentally conscientious.
The building is designed to the German-derived Passive House standard, which is known for a reduction in energy usage of up to 90 percent for heating and cooling and exceptional air quality. Each residence has its own individualized ventilation and heating and cooling system so your air is both fresh and entirely your own.
“This building is defined not by how far above the ground we are but by how close we are to the principles that keep us grounded.
Wellness, Beauty, Form and Function.”
